Prompt service, but experience old be better

The gift voucher was sent directly to the recipients, but there was no indication of the gift giver. The recipient had to ring the shop to learn who it was from. I also wish vouchers were offered in increments of £5; for example, £25 instead of £20 or £30.

We can post them to you or prepare them for collection in store. 

We would typically load the entire amount onto a single gift card. If you would like the value split over multiple cards, please add a note to your order.

Our gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of the order. 

Please note that these vouchers can only be used in the cafe and shop. They are not redeemable online. The date selected when checking out is the date we will post it, not the date of delivery. Delivery is expected up to 3 working days from postage, or as advised by Royal Mail.

Terms & Conditions

  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.
  • Vouchers under the value of £40 that do not qualify for free delivery, will be charged £2 for postage.
  • The Smiddy Farm Shop is under no liability for replacement or refund should a voucher be lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed, whether it has been redeemed or not.

Where do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to Stirlingshire and surrounding areas 3 days a week, between Tuesday to Saturday. We also deliver to Clackmannanshire every Tuesday, and the Falkirk area every Thursday and Friday.

Areas covered & days

Stirling, BofA, Dunblane, Doune & Blair Drummond and surrounding areas: Tuesday to Saturday.

Clackmannanshire: Tuesday.

Falkirk Area: Thursday & Friday.

Drymen / Balfron / Fintry / Aberfoyle / Gartmore / Killearn: Wednesday & Saturday.

How much does delivery cost?

Orders under £39.99: £5

Orders £40 and over: Free

Please note, we have a minimum order value of £30 for deliveries and collections during December.

Do you offer click & collect from the Smiddy?

Yes, click & collect is available at the Smiddy, Blair Drummond from Tuesday to Sunday. You can select this and your selected day at the cart stage.
